HR's are more focused to promote employee engagement ensuring a positive working environment in which all employees feel that they serve an important role. Good work culture environment, benefits and policies are good too for the employees, I've worked with some of the best MNC's but never felt so welcomed and valued in my previous organisations. The company runs on very strong values and are very much employee centric. I always had a very strong emphasis on the internal workplace culture a result of which is a strong team who have a common set of values and I can feel the same out here."
