If there is an award for the most toxic company in Finland, Integrify would be among the shortlisted. Wrapped around the mission of helping immigrants is the discriminative and hostile environment towards the employees, especially those who are not Finns. The company is run by a group of amateurs who want to show off their power. They control everything, even your farewell message. They even ask you to do things outside of your work contract, which is illegal but they take the advantage of the fact that immigrants don't really understand the laws. Some people are even very rude & authoritative. As a result, many people have left the company lately after joining the company just to make their CV look better while at the same time eyeing another opportunity.
