Flexible work environment. Great culture. There are no big egos to deal with. Feedback is given in real-time. They are invested in your growth and development. The best part of my experience has been working with level-headed individuals who just want to get their work done and have a life outside of work.

Pros - best culture in finance as mentioned before (worked in ib and growth equity previously) - team is fun to be around and understands life outside of work - very entrepreneurial and feel like you have a significant impact - given a lot of responsibility and freedom
