1. There a 1 boss, who is doing much more than being a technical designer of their software services, like shouting at employees so that everyone would hear, using the curse words, scaring people to cut off their salaries.
Though none of these happened to me, i just sympathized the people on the other side.
2. The puppies working under this boss are 2nd tier of dictators. They would easily harass you over the weekends, they would not hear you out to understand a different and better solution if you implemented.
3. They would use the words like your work is S++t, you better go and sweep the floor. I just pity these people who are so emotionally empty, that rather than helping someone elevate they find the pleasure in demeaning them and their work.
4. HR is super boring; they will not even look you in the eye even if you are so full - heartedly smile at them or acknowledge their presence. They are so miser that even if you ask for reimbursements it goes to a super cheap Executive Management (fyi this Executive management is so creepy that he does not care about all the miseries created by the boss and his puppies)
5. The office has a vibe of cremation ground and nothing else.
