      Pros

      The company places trust in the experience of its employees, allowing autonomous working and the execution of ideas and initiatives. It’s a place where they give you the freedom to be creative and the opportunity to make a difference to the company’s future. New ways of working are embraced and, importantly, encouraged. There is no limit to my personal development - I have full control of what I want to learn and how I learn. If I don't understand something or need help, everyone is prepared to help in any capacity they can. To conclude, flexible timings, good people to work with and, challenging projects. These are some of the best advantages individual gets while working at this company.

      Cons

      The company is very fast paced with lots of exciting things going on all the time, the downside to this is that you can get caught up very quickly and need to have the self discipline to prioritize and find a work life balance.

      Fired whole Ukrainian team after war started. Absolutely not recommended.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine presented our leadership team with the most unfortunate opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to Intel 471’s rich culture. The company took extraordinary measures to assist employees impacted by the unimaginable, beginning weeks prior to the invasion and to this day. In addition to the company's initiatives, our employee-base committed over $200,000 USD for Ukrainian citizens. Long after the start of the fighting, we made the gut-wrenching decision to close our in-country operation. Every effort was made to treat each impacted employee with respect and to provide as much support as possible. We are disheartened to hear you did not feel that support, but we will continue to send our thoughts and prayers to you and the rest of our Ukrainian friends and family.

      Company entirely changed by horrible management and private equity investment

      Pros

      - Was once a great company to work at - Researchers are great, top quality

      Cons

      - Zero respect for employees - Fired half of the company based in Ukraine after Russia invaded Ukraine… pretty sad they built an entire company on Ukrainian talent then turn around and fire them - Fired about 15% of the company in March 2023 out of political preference and personal favortism - Hired a bunch of new grads and low-quality talent after firing people who they deemed “were making too much” - No career mobility for some… very very nepotistic. They either like you personally and you advance or you don’t have any future - Horrible benefits - No work/life separation. They expect you be on call even when on PTO - Very catty and unprofessional people overall. Lots of drama, incestuous and high school work experience - Management is completely unresponsive to employee complaints and requests
