I enjoy working for Intellectsoft. I have been with Intellectsoft for over two years. This is a company that is relatively established, but thankfully still behaves like a startup. The environment is easy going and quite a few folks jumped off the corporate train to join us. Don't get me wrong - not everything is perfect and peachy, but is it anywhere? Since the company is small - the pressure to deliver results is high. You can't really "hide" here. Over the last few years the company experienced a lot of growth, which is great, but also brought in a ot of changes and challenges. I personally like that part. So overall I highly recommend Intellectsoft and encourage you to join us.

Cons

As mentioned above, but I can list them here as well. 1. A lot of changes going on can be challenging to some 2. overall office distribution is all over the place. So be prepared to clack, skype, zoom, hangout...you get the drift.
