We have been working with development teams for over a decade and there is always more to learn, and I would be happy to speak to you personally to identify areas for growth. The hard-work and dedication of the current team is what makes us a success. We have people who have been working with us for more than 5 years and the average tenure for an employee at IX is 3 years, much more than any of our competitors. We have great pride, admiration and appreciation for the efforts of every member of our amazing team and we all look forward to sharing that gratitude at our various events. And yes, we do make it a point to publicly reward those that go the extra mile, because that is a part of our culture; a culture of appreciation, recognition, and family. We respect peoples work life balance and make it a point to provide regular work from home days and comp offs and this is all maintained in a very transparent way. Infact we were one of the first companies to give work from home to all our employees in the second week of March , during the COVID-19 pandemic. At IX, everyone has an opportunity to be an agent of change. We have an open-door policy and a feedback system that is second to none. We actively look for employee feedback on an ongoing basis and such feedback is utilized in our management and leadership meetings so we can make decisions that will drive the company forward. I do want to particularly address one very important fact about Intellectyx. We do not tolerate bullying, gossiping or abuse of any kind and anyone that has ever displayed “Me” not “We” attitude that does not follow a kind and respectful approach has been given the opportunity to correct such behavior or find an alternative opportunity elsewhere. In terms of job security, Intellectyx values and invests in its employees. We have structured performance reviews and a supportive environment that aims to help every team member succeed. The suggestion that employees are terminated without notice is not reflective of our policies.
