- Work with a team that helps each other and got your back. - Employer willing to listen to your new ideas and figure out a way to offer these services to the customers. - Remote work available - Employer genuinely cares for his employees as much as his customers. - Team that wants you to grow and use your new acquired skills in your job.
Cons
- Compensations and Benefits are average compared to other tech companies. - Not a lot of team activities/gatherings outside work.

Very flexible work schedule, work from home policy, no micromanagement
Cons
no clear goals or objectives, every organizational decision is handled with secrecy, extremely frugal organization, getting any new hardware is extremely difficult so you are stuck working with old low performing systems
