The interview process was quick and now I know why

It was just under my 30 days and was terminated for no reason other than "business decision" I hadn't even finished my training and onboarding. I turned down several jobs to take this job and just out of the blue I was let go and when I asked why I was given no reason

A single long term client provided steady work for the change management practice. Seeming aspirations to up-level the practice.

Cons

Every person for themselves working environment where colleagues were less than trustworthy, setting themselves up to be project rescuers. Management clearly understood these situations but took no remediating actions. For extra credit, key client staff were lifers in their organization and regularly displayed toxic, belligerent behavior. Almost entire practice group turned over within 18. mos.
