Pros
1) Salary on time 2) Parties and Birthday celebration(before pandemic) 3) Owners are excellent people but indian management has no clue of future 4)Company vision is great
Cons
1) No more increments 2) HR is not helpful at all. Not even one policy by her is for employee benefit 3)No criteria for performance review 4) CTO is useless. He has not bragged any client so far 5) Dependent on One Client only as that is the only client 6) OLD employees think of themselves as Soldiers Of company and they dont have good coding skills as well but they are paid in lakhs 7) Leave policy is useless. What will you do of 0.5 casual leave 8) Unprofessional work culture
