Pros

The new office space is huge.

Cons

1.The upper management already have their favorites and will only look after them. 2. The company line will be that they take Feedback and Retrospectives seriously but no actions will be taken on them and chances are that you would be targeted if you speak your mind. 3. Most incompetent HR department. 4. The management will be quick to turn around and blame you the moment something goes wrong. Even if it is a direct consequence of their indecision and constant last minute changes. 5. The management will commit a date to the stakeholder without ever discussing with the engineering team and then the team will be forced to meet the deadline by hook or by crook, and if the team fails to do so all the blame will be put on the team. 6. The company talks big about diversity and culture but when push comes to shove they always fall short of their words

Can't get paid better in Boston

Pros

Best paying staffing agency in the Boston area. Always get paid the same or usually better than another company. Plus make your own work days take off when you want.

Cons

Crappy supervisors at some of the nursing homes. I wish you could get a description of the places your working, like if they are hard to work with and stuff like that.

Toxic team and culture

Pros

Free food sometimes. Some of the people aren't too bad.

Cons

3 layoffs in less than a year, should be enough red flags to avoid but if you need more: Culture is built around fake allyship. They have a diversity council that is just there to check an HR box. The meetings are unbearable, use of buzzwords and ally terminology non stop. If you actually are able to pay attention, then you will realize they are actually saying a lot without saying ANYTHING. If you really want to confirm the lack of stated 'diversity and inclusion' initiatives here, just take a look at the 1. Executive team and 2. the majority of the people laid off. The true culture has developed into a toxic mess of micromanaging and tattle telling. I've seen people run to tell their manager that a coworker left early, just to paint themselves as the 'hard worker'. I saw people get laid off and the moment they were gone, managers would then be brave enough to talk badly about them in front of their former team. I subsequently left disgusted with this behavior.
