Highly political, no strategic vision, unable to execute on business plan. Senior Sales Leaders have little or no idea how to create a successful GTM Plan and then execute, which has resulted in micromanagement and focus on meaningless tactics. All of the good accounts are given to a few in favor sellers, who are renowned in the business for being difficult to work with do everything in their power to hang onto their gravy train of easy money.

Strong growth. Most employees are helpful and want you to succeed.

Cons

Leadership is weak. They hire and fire people with little explanation or strategy. Communication is very poor and most people don't know what's going on between departments. After hitting sales goals in 2023 they turned around and cut 40% of company holidays for the entire staff in 2024. Way to show appreciation for all the hard work.
