Surprised to see the level of professionalism since day 1, being a young organization, the company takes care of its employees and is very mindful of personal growth of each and every employee as the company grows. What I have observed is the work-life balance is optimal for people in every job level. The management team is approachable, and they listen to each and every employee's say good or bad, and the good thing is they act on it. Flexible timing is one more thing which makes this a top choice to join.

It's good when used to undertake customer and enhance product which company is really doing well.

Cons

AI to micro-manage things. AI has become omnipresent now and it demotivates due to fear of micro-management and it constantly feels like you are under 24/7 surveillance. AI is good but it can t be used every where.
