Fit for person who wants stable job or prepare to retire
Pros
1. Stable, rarely fired employee unless you break the law or really useless 2. Many people said Health Insurance is better than other companies' . I am too young to use it to see doctor. No any judgement. 3. Maybe your promotion will be very fast because you will be the last one stay in this company after same age left. 4. Should have many job opportunities due to short people in 365 days 5. Company has lots of cons waiting on you to improve and you will learn a lot.
Cons
1. Company did not give staff a career planning. Your promotion is based on higher level's mood. You never know when you can get 1 level upgrade. On the other hand, HR is too weak to provide enough improvement for either company side and employee side. 2. Traditional Production caused products have very thin profit but work super hard to produce more to maintain profit. This is also one of the issue that employee get lower payment. On the other hand, company doesn't want to develop high end product but focus on low end product. 3. Higher level management thinking and management way are old school and difficult to change. 4. Bonus policy is a joke and this rule keeps for many years without any management level willing to review. If you are employee, you even won't open your pay stub to see that funky bonus. 5. Inteplast is the "training center" of neighbor manufacture due to pay cannot be compatible. Manager levels feel helpless but no one want to reflect to Decision level. 6. Company should have big age gap when baby boom generation retire. This is worried. Because plants hardly to develop inheritor when younger generation just comes and goes. 7. ...................too many .....etc
