Pros

The staff at Inter Voice Over are professionals through-and-through. There is constant communication going on between the account managers, clients, and the voice-over talent. This a HUGE plus! Projects are high-quality and exciting. Most everyone I've ever worked with come off as friendly and open.

Cons

The work can sometimes seem sporadic, but when a job comes through it's handled quickly and with a great deal of care.

I have worked with Inter Voice Over over 10 years now - I've been involved in many interesting and exciting projects for loads of international, high-profile brands. My colleagues have been good, and I can always count on a steady amount of work. Pretty amazing that in all this time, I don't think we've ever had an argument or unpleasantness - when things come up, they can be discussed without blame games.

Cons

In the past, there were issues with payments being made on time - payments always came, but could be late. Luckily, this has been rectified and my payments are coming even sooner than expected.

The voice over branch is really exciting and special to be part of. Also the international aspect of the company was very interesting and appealing. Nice and friendly work environment and great opportunties to learn and grown in the company.

Cons

Stressful at times and on a few occasions a bit chaotic.
