- Remote first environment with the ability to work in an office if you live in the Chicago area. - Continuous investment in workplace culture. - Amazing coworkers in a tight-knit environment. - Great PTO plan - Bonuses were always clear and based on company profitability performance - Company prioritized hiring the correct hires when needed - It's a very open environment with easy access to management for open dialog.

Cons

- Not many I can think of. I truly enjoyed my time at Interpro.

Interpro is a small, personal company, so it's easy to get to know management and team members. People here really care about their jobs and each other, and every employee is treated well. You are given everything you need to succeed and flourish.
