If you can not spell your client's name on your website....why should I hire you?

Pros

A small company so you can get hands on training. Good connections in the design community.

Cons

Small company privately owned. Constant shifting of priorities and little care about feelings of employees, i.e., changing directions of a project without advising designers. Making expectations without advising designers. Poor memory of owner, withholds information to complete tasks.

There weren't any. there is not one positive thing I can say about this company

Cons

The management changes its mind constantly and very forgetful. They make promises hey don't follow through with. No architect actually at the firm.
