Pros

Good socials within the company

Cons

You will be expected to work hours over the time you are paid, however if you want to take 5 minutes, or are late by 5 minutes you owe them. Working through your lunch break is non-negotiable in season "as you work on commission". However this commission is not as they advertise in the salary or interview. Get ready to explain yourself if you have a doctors/dentist/optician appointment during the day: they will suspect you are going to interviews. You will not get paid any sick days, and they will push you to return to work before you are ready if you are off for a week or so. On this note, if you are DO NOT TELL THEM, as they will fire you. I got made to leave 4 months before I was going to hand my notice in because it was not worth their time and money, and then got bullied into writing that it was my choice to leave. However, if they like you, they might offer you a £5k payrise so your call! They offer "free" ski trips during the season, however this didn't happen for me and I know people who have had to pay back if they left a year later. They are only a couple of days and you will only get one, so it is not really an incentive. No progression in the company, they have their favourites, and you won't be one of them. The company if quickly going downhill, do not waste your time here. Please note, other negative reviews have been removed from this site.

Pros

- free ski trips - good incentives to win alcohol, holidays, meals in London, time off etc

Cons

- crap working hours - supposedly start at 9am but if you aren’t in by 8.30 there’s no chance in hell of getting a good lead to work on. Finish at 6pm in winter but often stay for at least another 30mins-hour and lunch breaks are discouraged so 10 hours sat staring at a screen. - all leads are cherry picked. All staff expected to work to the same commission structure but those who have been there longest/ are favourites get the best leads and therefore have a better chance of actually hitting target. - performance related pay - offered a payrise but only able to keep it if you hit commission target every month yet don’t give the opportunity to actually hit the target. - unhygenic conditions - staff expected to clean up when an interviewee is due in, sanitary bin overflowing in girls bathroom, mouse droppings regularly over desks and staff expected to take it into their own hands to catch the mice as management don’t care/won’t do anything about it. - certain people get special arrangements such as extra holiday and a free holiday which is fine but they are excepted to keep it a secret from other staff which is just plain shady. - office itself isn’t in a great location. Difficult to get to unless you live nearby and not worth the commute. - severe micromanaging issues. - lies about OTE earnings in your first year - 18k basic but can make 25k OTE yet you add up the target commission for each month and it adds up to about 3k - 18+3=21 not 25 last time I checked. - made to work weekends from September - April and do not get anytime off in lieu for this.
