* archaic tech * managers are infuriated when someone resigns and blame everyone but them * toxic behaviors inside a team, even if elevated are not being taken care of

Good networking, Good starting place to work, but not to remain. As soon as you get some network set up, move on.

Cons

Close to minimum salaries, huge workload, 9-10hours a day.

Our aims is to provide our employees with salaries that are aligned with the market average salaries or even more. Thus, we would not consider our salaries as close to minimum. However we're always looking to improve our offerings to our employees as we consider them to be our greatest asset. Also our vision is to help people live longer, safer and this is why we have established a flexible/remote working model. We aim on making easier for our employees to find a balance between their work and personal lives. We fully understand though that that during critical periods, the workload may be higher than expected and we are trying to do our best to improve that. Great place with benefits but ruthless as well

Understanding about family problems, Good benefits (which turned worse with every year of crisis), well made work environment

Cons

Ruthless and favouring management, giving credit not to where is due. Promotions exclusively happen on "boss-likes-you" basis and not based on skills. While they seem understanding about family, when they fire people family is sometimes used against them.
