Disappointing Leadership and Work-Life Balance
The company struggles with maintaining a healthy work-life balance — the workload can be excessive and expectations often unrealistic. Management tends to enforce a “my way or no way” approach, especially at the C-suite level, leaving little room for collaboration or new ideas. Overall, poor management and lack of flexibility make it a difficult environment to thrive in.
