      Pros

      Been at Interco for two years now and it just keeps growing. Real good managers and coworkers. Extra PTO, raises each year and if you work hard you can become a manager no matter.

      Cons

      Would be nice if there were more fast food places close by.

      Pros

      Best place I've ever worked. People care about each other. Management wants us to work together and succeed. Opportunity for overtime every week which is really huge especially around the holidays. Great company gear too!

      Pros

      Day flies by. Always learning a lot about recycling and how business works. Managers let you work and do your job. Looks like they promote from within when it's possible.

      Cons

      Can be short-staffed at times. Need more great people.
