Pros

I can't really find any. It has a paycheck is about the only one.

Cons

Let's talk organization because this place has none. I have been on contract with them for about a month and having contracted many places I knew that this was going to be a bad one week one. I stayed because the contracting company I work for is awesome and I have a lot of respect and loyalty to them so when asked to stick it out I did. The systems used here from the phones, the pc's, and the software is dated, slow, with no integration. Floor managers are ridiculous people one corrected me on having a hat on in the building while she was standing in front of me shoeless with her ashy feet and jagged toenails for all the world to see. The dress code is merely enforced upon employees and if you're management or a friend to the higher ups feel free to wear jeans while the rest of the employees wear slacks and collared shirts. They treat you more of a call center employee rather than an installer. They have a phone policy that pretty much reminds me of high school. They do not value you as an employee bottom line. Training is a joke with so many gaps in actual process and structure that it leaves you lacking when you go to the floor. Once on the floor get ready for a volume of work that allows no time to catch your breath. You have 3 minutes between calls to wrap up and that's not enough time. See the rational here is that if you're not getting any call right after that wrap up they need to up the call volume. My advice skip working here. it's a miserable environment. Update. 11-30-2015 : Was fired for this review. Though it was anonymous they guessed it was me but fired me before even confirming it. Luckily EEOC was able to take my case so keep that in ind when choosing this place to work.

Pros

It's a job! and you can get insurance.

Cons

Helpdesk is very clickish and the people that have been there the longest to the least amount of work. The "Leads" are lazy and the Manager is pretty useless. Small man complex, sad really. There is plenty for work to be done, very unorganized and hurry up and get the customer off the phone. Expect high stress from this typical call center environment. You are told to put a tech on hold so you can answer another call. Also when you do something just slightly wrong or even flat out wrong, there is an email sent to like 15 different people. The culture there is terrible everyone trying to get someone else in trouble. Even high school wasn't as bad as this place.
