      Pros

      Very ethical and environmentally conscious company which genuinely works for doing good. Beautiful designs and high quality products. Family focused company with a management that insists on employees maintaining a good work-life balance. Management listens to input and has a very flat organizational structure.

      Cons

      Logistical issues and local conflicts due to global accounts agreements that are not always very well thought through. Too focused on the North American market compared to the rest of the worldwide branches.
