Pathetic place to work

Pros

On time salary unlimited Staff travel

Cons

Minimum rest between two flights, Health is badly hampered, Favoritism at the base, no international layover allowance now, other flying allowance such as layover allowance and Stand by allowance is become almost negligiable, No consideration for travel time for crew staying in the outskirts of the city, off days reducted to half so Crew literally have no social life as their off goes in resting after a long tiring flight. management doesnt bother if the employees are unhappy. their only motive is profit making at the stake of the employee's physical and mental health. Base management are equally under same pressure. No one wants to lose their jobs.
