Pros

In its hay day, you could make a good income, and there were many opportunities for growth, and the company culture felt like it was invested in its people.

Cons

The company is a startup that is going broke. They are in the middle of a hiring freeze, they have cut employees salaries, they haven’t paid vendors in months and they struggle to pay their employees on time. If you are reading this and recently received an offer from Interior Define, it is because you are back filling a role from many of the people who have recently quit. My advice would be to find another company to work for, to avoid the rug being ripped from under you once they eventually lay off everyone or file for bankruptcy
