Wrong company name, so people can’t write reviews

- close to home. That’s all I got.
Cons
- wow. The President is a micro manager who likes her new shiny thing. Every week or month she has her favorite. She has zero loyalties. Her only loyalty is her family and she has hired family members who aren’t even educated to have that position. - crazy high turn over rate. The reason- she likes to hire shiny people who are known in the industry and once she gets what she needs to from them, it’s bye bye. - she says crap about every employee behind their back. - projects are terrible. All the good projects go to her shiny new people in Florida. The Indiana office is just a time pass for her. - bad technical drawing set. Barring one or two people- no one in the current batch knows anything about details and drawings. - again she has changed the image/ logo of this company a million times. Shows that she doesn’t know what she wants as shows that she needs some ‘change’ to keep her intrigued.
