Pros

Having been with Interluxe Group for an extended period, I’ve witnessed firsthand the exciting transformation and growth of the business. The company operates at a fast pace and continues to expand into new and compelling verticals within the luxury space. That growth has created meaningful opportunities for team members to step into greater responsibility, gain exposure to high-level clientele, and develop quickly in their careers. The environment challenges you to think strategically, adapt quickly, and uphold strong performance standards. What has been especially encouraging to see is that despite the expansion, there is still a clear effort to maintain a boutique feel. The team remains closely connected, and individual contributions continue to matter. There is also flexibility with remote work, while still offering the opportunity for an in-office experience in New York City.

Cons

The expectations that come with working in the luxury space can definitely feel demanding at times, especially if you’re not used to high-performance environments. With some big transitions the company has gone through, there have naturally been some growing pains along the way. Ongoing organizational and cultural shifts require flexibility and patience as the business continues to evolve.

Pros

Interluxe has changed dramatically over the past few months in the best possible way. With new ownership and leadership, the company has evolved from an experiential shop into a much larger, more integrated luxury marketing platform. The energy feels completely different — there’s a clear vision, strong direction, and real investment in growth. The client roster is incredible, and the work spans luxury brands across automotive, travel, lifestyle, and hospitality. Leadership has been transparent about where the company is headed, and there’s a genuine sense of optimism about the future. If you read older reviews, they don’t really reflect the company today. Interluxe 2.0 is much more dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking.

Cons

Like any company going through growth, there’s been a lot of change recently — but it’s all part of evolving into something bigger and better.
