Pros

A decent work environment that offers free health care benefits upon employment.

Cons

Intermarkets prides their self on great employees and an even better working environment. While the office is pleasant, the lack of seasoned management/leadership/direction within the organization is a very real concern.

Pros

Benefits are amazing! The company pays 100% of medical premiums for employees and their families. We also get quarterly bonuses and bonus amounts are calculated based on how well the company does and how well you do during that quarter. Merit increases at annual reviews are quite generous as well. Plus a great office environment where you can wear jeans everyday and get to work with smart, fun people. I really think the company does a good job making you feel valued.

Cons

Training is all on the job. I actually appreciated that because it gave me the chance to learn on my own and when I asked questions, I was always able to get answers. Understand it might not be for everyone. At a company this size, I don't know that you can expect extensive training.
