Pros

Safe working place, well equipped, great team, continuous possibility to evolve professionally, good salary for this part of Europe.

Cons

Difficult/demanding industry, very high level of expectations but internal support does not match demands, efforts and results not so much appreciated, difficult vertical communication. Men are very welcomed, women not as much.

Pros

- many internal learning and development possibilities - international environment although located in Romania - complex technical projects, challenging engineers knowledge, practices and status-quo - highest pay rates in the local Industry for both engineers and managers

Cons

- you are expected to learn fast and perform fast; no room for relaxed pace - you are provided authority, supported, but you are kept responsible all the time - you need to figure out fast how to apply company procedures and how to work with them - company has a tendency of hiring when needed and firing when capacity is not needed anylonger, a behaviour not yet digested in Romania

Thank you for your feedback. We noted your area of concern and will address it as much as possible in a volatile market. It is common for young employees to feel the uncertanty of the job place, especially if (1) it is the first job assignment they has/had; (2) they are just now learning the cycles of the industry. For a seasoned engineer, it should be no surprise that management is managing capacity in a way that allows for continuity of the activity, internal development, while also preserve available cash resources as much as possible in a scarce market (i.e. reducing unjustifiable or unsustainable costs in the current context).
