You work for a major offshore online gambling company Sneaky business practices that feel very morally wrong Management/HR is horrendous Massive issue with turn over rate and employee morale that continues to get worse by the day - all thanks to cc management mentally breaking the key people keeping the call centre afloat Lots of wolves in sheep’s clothing in management/HR Bad shift hours No respect given to hard working long term employees HR/management will actively make sure you have a very hard time moving from the CC to another department, often giving false promises WHILST continuously delaying your move or even contacting the other department to argue why you must remain in the CC If you have concerns or complaints they often try shut you up with manipulated points about the “high” pay and how generous they’ve been (the other departments get so much more $$ wise and don’t have to deal with the disgusting CC management) Micro management through the rough Overall quality of new hires continues to drop down further and further Dealing with drunken, mentally broken gambling addicts
