I would say this is the most difficult thing to write about, when it comes to Interra systems!
Cons
I interviewed at Interra systems Noida recently, a typical technical writing interview (in big MNCs) usually comprises of 1-2 written rounds and then a F2F. Whereas, in Interra there are 5 rounds, out of which 2 F2F rounds had a duration of about 1-1.5 hours each. They judge your candidature not on the basis of how you write or how well you match the requirements of the role, instead on the basis of how well can you answer totally irrelevant stuff. There are bunch of jobless people sitting in there who torture the people coming in for interviews, just so that they can pass their time. This is not even an MNCs and the attitude of people is as if they are working in Google or something!
