People are nice. Free coffee and snacks at the office.
Cons
The company is not in good shape, several audit findings each time and tremendous stress that comes with it. Always have to clean up the mess that someone else left behind. Management has such unrealistic expectations, they set goals with timelines that are impossibly practical to achieve. Zero work-life balance especially for those working from home. Management puts tremendous pressure on employees that I've seen several people go on leave for months due to burnout. Toxic work environment. Their competitive package and stock options, and whatever they provide are not worth sacrificing your mental health. Management also picks on people during team meetings, seen that several times. Seen so many employees quit over the last several months, some quit without finding a new job. The burnout is real.
