      Toxic work environment with Christian values?

      Pros

      We were working on some interesting and challenging digital initiatives.

      Cons

      Racial undertones!! Which was disappointing since they are a faith based company who emphasizes their values. The lead in our department even started Townhall Meetings with a prayer. Unfortunately, it ended up being THE most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Especially for a black woman. RUN.

      Culture is great. Especially if you are Christian. Salary is very competitive in the market.

      Cons

      Company is restructuring and really pushing for employees to be in office. And there are few opportunities for advancement.
