Over the 10+ years I have been working for this company I have had a really positive experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and supportive and a genuine sense of trust between teams. Management is always very approachable and welcomes feedback, which in turn creates a transparent and healthy work environment. There is a decent work -life balance (compared to some companies I have worked for) and opportunities for professional growth. Company culture has always been welcoming and inclusive which enables a feeling of being valued. Work is enjoyable, a good sense of team work though out different departments and overall is a great place to work. Would recommend.

Cons

Like any growing company there are still some areas where structural organisation could improve and some internal systems and processes could be more streamlined to improve efficiency.

The majority of people are pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable, friendly company culture, flexibility around working hours, the business is growing every year, I have felt supported throughout my career.

Salaries in some departments are less than market rate
