      Pros

      Flexible timing and good work life balance.

      Cons

      Direction less managers, don't know what to do with products and how to scale it. Every 2 years they start a new product and when It fail they lay off the team. Lay off is very common in this company. This company doesn't bother about the employees. Job insecurity is very high in this company.

      - Hire and Fire policy. - No project roadmap. - Higher management do not have any product direction. - Never ever join this org, you will regret it. The org will attract with you high pay, but within a year you will fired on spot. - Do not have any human values.
