Pros

You have access in whatever workstation and tools you need in order to get the job done.

Cons

The management is one of the worst you could find out there. Repetitive overtimes without getting paid. People had to work for almost a month for 10+ hours per day without getting a single day off. Some will call it modern slavery and they won't be wrong. It's one of those companies that try to exploit the fact that people need to work 'cause the unemployment rates are high in Greece. The salary is really bad. No bonuses (even though they promise that to all new people). Pretty much everyone there is unhappy with the current state of things. The CEO of the company needs to come down to earth and hear the people out. They claim that they have an office in the UK but honestly that's not the case. It's just the sister of the CEO in long-term vacations as far as i know.

Pros

There is a vision for upscaling and growth

Cons

Very bad management in departments and in higher positions. Lack of handling time and people. Repetitive overtimes without getting paid. No room for personal growth. Really bad salary without any bonuses as promised. Fake promises, and a sneaky contract with small letters that actually force you to "obey to the managing director's requests at any time". In other words: "Modern slavery"

Pros

- The company provides you with good gear to work. - They have been reliable concerning payments, benefits, (not extra hours though).

Cons

- Really bad human resources management - the company lost the whole in-house media department in a matter of less than six months (2020). Junior and Mid Level employees don't have any reason to stick around. - Questionable relations, practices and commissions with and from the greek government and the greek public sector. - Prepare to hear regular talks (weekly, monthly, etc) about how great the company and the leaders are. - Upper management is unpredictable, toxic, or simply absent (they can be passive-aggressive, throw tantrums, gossip about co-workers/employees). - No real plan to scale - just a lot of future talk. - No interest about employees. There is no feedback about the work and no personal development. - Prepare to work a lot of unpaid extra hours.
