Accountability is only held at the lower level positions. All management and owner favorites are treated with abuse, intimidation and humiliation which leads to no team building and severely submissive leaders. Small company with no room for growth and no updated processes as the Chinese owner hates change and will only change if it is his idea.

Processes in place for quality control are non-existent or badly designed. The owner’s idea of employee motivation is via blame and insults, thru all levels of management and employees. Most managers are selected via cronyism; skills and abilities are not a consideration. Promotion is nonexistent. Women are rarely managers. The newest, latest software is rarely used, and any training is purely “figure it out on the job.” If you must accept a job with this company, stay only long enough to learn what little there is to learn, and then find another, better job as soon as you can.
