Very unprofessional and toxic behavior by Managers. It's been months I have been complaining about toxic behavior of an employee who have left last year and still no action taken by management. Company have recruited incapable, non skilled managers with no maturity who are not even deserved to work as floor cleaner in railways. These opinions were received from employees who are still working in company. This is worst to hear that managers flirts with female employees in office and does bad mouthing as time pass about employees sitting inside cabin.

1) Very bad and stressful, non supportive environment. Stressful as hell. 2) Female management is horrible. They use very unprofessional tone and never respect employees. They treat employees like their slaves. 3) All human resources and accounts resources are leaving company because of go-pi-ka processes. 4) Given all this, one may observe quite a lot of micro-management in the company. 5) Need to improve upon the ethics and professionalism. Too Much and it is not encourage to join.
