As the company is saying, chandrakala is not the CEO of the Company. Here it indicates how the company giving false information to the public. Previously some said its a ILLITERATE COMPANY, Yes it is...

Pros

Just opted as it was a start up company in Pune, will get to learn many new things, but it was a wrong decision. we, only 3 girls were working on whole floor.

Cons

Its pathetic, they dont do what they commit. they can revise your CTC also. Undergrads working TL, and MBA working as trainee with 5-6 k salary. Not aware about HR policies, salary components % Very bad exp, I lost my CTC growth because of their revised funda on taking transfer to hyderabad from Pune, and now struggling again since begining amount. Its been 2 yrs they hv not provided my PF said, it has been misplaced somewhere by PF ofc or by HR, Neither they provided my incentives where I have given min 25 joinees to them. They handed over me cheque of Rs. 287 /- as an incentive, and I denied there itself gave back to them. When I was serving Notice Period, I went on planned leave of 2 days, meanwhile they have removed my PST, crashed all my data before I comeback, as I was having all the proofs in my sys. Then HR was misusing the language with loud voice and said u cant use the system, co owner ne bola he. The hell of policies and structure they have, its not reputed at all.

Cons

Fresh out of the baking factory - "Time-sheet". It is normal to fill time-sheets, but this is different. We have to update the time sheet every hour, even if you fill it end of every day or week, you have to give a minute to minute update...you have a different page to add project and a different page to add activity for that project and then you go to time sheet entry page where you are supposed to select the project followed by activity and from - to time (for first entry). From second entry of the time you are not given an option to choose from time, it automatically populates from previous "to time"...this is German precision! so literally if you take a tea break, loo break or lunch break...you have to update it as the "from time" is pre-populated from previous "to time"....whoever conceptualized/designed/implemented it will out the German precision to shame!!!
