Friendly environment, not good salaries, no motivation. Good place just for juniors to start

Team spirit and cooperation, good on the job training, keeping up with state of the art technologies, opportunities for job rotation and to climb up hierarchy from engineering to management. Opportunity for annual bonus pay, depending on the performance on project.
Cons
Below average pay and big pressure as software delivery dates approach, high level of personnel change and renewal, refectory should be better
