      Pros

      Everyday at Intrepid is something slightly different - whether it's a new client, a new claim scenario or collaboration with another department. A lot of claim departments SAY they are focused on what the customer needs but we really have the autonomy to help. It's a good feeling!

      Cons

      Intrepid moves fast - decisions, changes, everything! It's exciting but you need to show up every day ready to go otherwise you'll always be 5 steps behind!

      Pros

      Intrepid wants to disrupt the insurance industry, so we're encouraged to challenge what the status quo has been for decades. New ideas and suggestions are valued, and the company is growing rapidly so there's a ton of room for development and growth. I've found leadership to be accessible and engaged, with an actual interest in my professional path. The other employees are authentic and nice to be around, the work is challenging and our clients love and appreciate us.

      Cons

      Start up culture means a lot of energy and excitement, but also wearing a lot of hats and being flexible with shifting priorities. The team works with a lot of urgency, which gets things done quickly, but also means communication on prodcess changes can lag
