Pros

The Houston office has a great culture. Projects were decent. Learned a lot when I knew absolutely nothing about web development

Cons

The NYC office is dreadful. Awful management and the office has absolutely no culture. Everyone hates it there and talks about leaving. All senior development leadership has recently left and the new development leadership are really not the great developers. The group is def going downhill, and I don't expect it to exist five years from now. Quality of projects are getting worse and worse and I wouldn't recommend working here unless this is your only option. I was thankfully put on good projects when I got there but things have been getting worse and continue to do so.

Pros

People are kind and collaborative, work from home

Cons

Lack of exciting client work. The pay is well below market rate for software engineers and designers in NYC. More of a corporate feel and not a startup environment. Culture struggles to keep up with high attrition rate.
