      1. Open culture 2. Follows the value of respect for all 3. Many allowances apart from salary 4. Fun place to work 5. Free trips 6. Work - life balance 7. Awesome colleagues and managers

      Cons

      None for me except for the pandemic which has affected the travel industry badly.
