Great people you work with, a lot to learn when starting.

Cons

Bad management, outdated machines, new CEO, and issues with growth pretty stagnant. If you work here every day 24/7 this becomes your life they run 3 shifts Monday - Sunday some weeks it never ends.

Friendly atmosphere and some very smart people. Decent pay and benefits. Flexible hours Family oriented company..

Cons

Product development was understaffed. Especially in quality assurance. Project planning was confusing and lacked details. Upper management has constantly shifted priorities, Felt like they were trying to run product development the same as manufacturing.

Experience for a toxic work place.

Cons

You work under people who haven’t ran the machine you ran. Miguel is the second reason. Hany is the third reason. They implement rules that makes your work 3x harder than it should be. People who been worker there longer is only getting a a dollar more than workers who been here for almost a year. People are expected to do more than their title such as, setting up, processing, and taking in and out the mold. when they introduce you , they’ll say “Quality over quantity”. Once you start working they want number no quality.
