      Pros

      -Very slow paced - Flexible with hours/schedule -No dress code (women in yoga pants\ men in shorts) - No drug testing

      Cons

      - Politics is talked/complained about regularly - Yelling, fighting, swearing - Majority of employees have not worked at a 'normal'/corporate job, so the interactions are extremely awkward/weird. - Employees openly complain about other employees

      Great staff, everyone cares about each other and the company's mission. Tons of data. True geospatial capabilities, not just a map company.

      Cons

      Very wide solution that lacks depth, difficult to maintain and grow. Tons of data but not used well. Metro or wildfire pushes lead to lack of focus.
