      Great work life balance & Inclusion Culture

      Pros

      Intuitive recognizes the importance of personal time and the flexible work arrangements allows me to manage my professional and personal responsibilities effectively. In addition, Intuitive truly values inclusion and diversity. As an ERG member I've seen firsthand the efforts to ensure that all employees feel welcome and supported.

      Cons

      One area that could be improved is the communication between management and employees. The lack of clear career and consistent communication can sometimes lead to uncertainty around career progression.

      Company doing well. External hires creating non-inclusive culture

      Pros

      Total compensation. Senior Leadership and certain Senior Directors. Co workers who care about the product and this is a true engineering company to do the right thing while ensuring patient centric decisions are always at the core of decision making.

      Cons

      Externally hired - certain Directors and Senior Directors who have no clue of the present culture nor have a respect for people who do NOT ; look like them, talk like them, dress like them. It is a toxic culture due to such external hires. Passive aggressive line manager creates unwanted dress Rest of the organization is doing very well.
