Invenia is a great place to work for the following reasons: - It is a small but rapidly growing company so the work you do has great variety and you get to build out processes that will be used for years to come - The executive team makes themselves very accessible. They make an effort to get to know everyone and make you feel important and like the work you do matters - It's a flexible environment so you never have to be stressed about having to book an appointment - They're very supportive of professional development - there are a lot of opportunities to attend conferences to help build your skills - The office is beautiful with lots of natural light and a fully stocked kitchen. You also get lunch ordered in everyday! - There is an additional office in Cambridge so you get to communicate and meet with colleagues from the UK. There are also travel opportunities to the UK!

I'm one of the more recent additions, and the company strikes me like it has a great environment and culture. People seem genuinely excited to be there. It's very mission focused, more so than other companies I worked at so far.
