Pros

1) Compensation for beginners is OK.

Cons

1) Put your life and self respect in trash before you think of coming here. 2) 1 lead works on 2-3 projects at a time and each person below them is an individual contributor working with US guys. Your Indian lead is here only to tell you everyday, how pathetic you are at work. 3) US managers play the fevouratism card very now and then to DIVIDE and RULE. To them Indian developers are slaves. They want their 120 days job done in 20 days and when developer has done it somehow then they tell their favourite Indian lead to go and tell the same developer how pathetic their work was and Lead makes sure that poor guy's at least get a taste of HELL. 4) No technical learning allowed. They take you as per your technical expertise but once onboard it does not matter. You will have to do anything and everything except what your technical skill is. Invesco works on this principle so that developers do not have where to go even if they want to. 5) Remember you work for your lead first then manager, company has nothing to do with you. So you are supposed to say your attendance whenever in the day they come and can go only after they have left (12hours of work a day, way of life). Company and HR has nothing to do with you except getting your signature as and when required.
