      Sponsorship friendly, the company sponsors H1B and EB2.

      Cons

      No salary if no project. The company is not actively looking for project for the employees.

      Pros

      - Pay was good. More than what I was expecting. - Benefits and PTO were good. - He was able to get me into contact with a big-name client and contract.

      Cons

      - Never got to meet Lawrence in person. Only contacted through the phone and emails. - Didn't feel as though as I was part of a team. Never went to their office once. The interview was done through the phone/zoom. I can't remember.
