Still competitive pay. Still get to play with dogs. Still get to service customers on an individual level.

Cons

Too much turnover at the top. Benefits keep getting worse. More work with less people. Private Equity.

On the road all the time going to different locations Jobs require critical thinking to fix/troubleshoot issues which keeps it interesting

Cons

Some installations and service calls, depending on the terrain, are a nightmare to complete. Previous installations by prior techs sometimes do not make sense and have to be redone. Can be lots of overtime.
